Celebrate God's Word
There's a book on the shelf
That is a manual for one's self
No other book was designed
To bring abundance of life
Feed upon Gods' word to see
All the blessings He gives freely
This was a gift to all mankind
That we might live a life divine
Many others try to imitate
It's God's word we celebrate
For he created us in His image to love
Let us praise Our Creator above
His desire is that none will perish
His every word I've learned to cherish
The washing by His word makes us whole
The word renews the mind, body and soul
It is the walk of love He wants to see
His love manifested to make us holy
If you have not love for one another
His purpose won't be fulfilled by any other
For it is by love that helps faith grow
Without faith it's impossible to please God ya know
Feed on His word and grow in love
This alone will please Our Father above

1. Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;
